Baked Buffalo Wings

Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour – ¾ cup
  • Cayenne pepper – ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Chicken wings – 20
  • Melted butter – ½ cup
  • Hot pepper sauce example – such as Frank’s RedHot

Directions

  • The first step to preparing this wonderful baked dish is to line a baking sheet with some aluminum foil and lightly grease with some cooking spray. After that, a re sealable plastic bag should be taken and cayenne pepper, garlic powder , flour and salt should be added to it . the plastic bag should be well shaken to mix all the contents of the bag.
  • Next, the chicken wings should be added to the re –sealable plastic bag and sealed properly. It should then be well tossed so that the chicken wings get coated well with the flour mixture. The chicken wings should now be placed onto prepared baking sheet, and placed into a refrigerator. They should be refrigerated for at least 1 hour.
  • An oven should be prepared by preheating it to a temperature of 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.
  • A small, round bowl should then be selected and the melted butter and hot sauce should be whisked in together into the bowl. The chicken wings should be dipped into the butter and sauce mixture and placed onto the baking sheets. The wings should then be baked in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes , until the chicken becomes crispy on the outside and in no longer pink in the centre. Make sure to turn the wings halfway during the cooking so that they get cooked evenly. Sprinkle some sesame seeds just prior to serving to increase the taste. Enjoy your tasty meal.
